Every living thing in the world will come to an end one day. Look at yourself you were a little baby one day and now you are 30 years old. The people who were middle aged at the time you were a baby, now they are old or died. So every living things are going to die and their age is not increasing but it is decreasing from their total age, you can assume that.

Most of the people do not want to be look like an aged person. But it is not possible that you look like a young person every time. No matter how many money you spend to look younger, improving your health but it can not be possible for you. We are the product of carbon cycle and we start the journey towards death as soon as we born. All the living beings in this earth know intellectually that any time, later or sooner, we are heading towards death. But the people live like that they will never die. Generally a soldier in the battlefield does not feel like that as he knows he will die any time in the battle ground. We have also this type of notion when we are making some brave or careless decisions like mountain climbing, bungee jumping, smoking, having unprotected sex or eating fast food. There are certain instances when we also feel like that such as when we are diagnosed with an incurable illness or suffer a life menacing incident like heart attack or stroke. In this case the response from the people is disbelief. But all the people are not feeling like that, as long as a person feels comparatively healthy and can live independently, then that person does not feel the danger in which he now live and also he has the confidence to beat the odds.

If we should be mature, then only we can discover the big secret of age. No matter what your biological age, you do not feel any unusual. You must think of yourself as indestructible and immortal individual just like children. There may be wrinkles in the face or thin hairs when you see the mirror but you should not change your mind. You should look out the world through the same eyes and same outlook you have all the time used. You may be shocked while somebody speculates your age and also he is correct but you must not change your mind and do not be serious about that, always enjoy your life as ever.

Death will come in everyone’s life but you should not get harassed by this. It is part and parcel of everyone’s life and you will take it lightly to enjoy your life as a perfect life. If you always feel that I am getting old, then your life will be shorter than that. What ever your age may be feel like a younger person always. This will help you in rest of your life and give you confidence.
