Additionally he states that he and half of his office take resveratrol daily for the benefits. Furthermore, there is a lot of other research being done on his benefits for the liver and also cardiovascular health. This antioxidant has an abundant amount of benefits, which is why it could be so beneficial to supplement with it.

Overall resveratrol seems to be a promising antioxidant that could potentially have many health benefits, although the research is just beginning. I would keep an eye for new research arising from this supplement because new research is coming out constantly showing it's effectiveness.
