Women have lied about their ages forever. They say they're older than they really are until they become of legal age to drink and only a few years later some feel the urge to lean the other way. How ironic life is.How women dress is often a dead give-away as to how many winters they've endured. Clothes become more comfortable and loose fitting after a certain age, let's say 25-30, often after childbearing begins. Less skin is revealed and is not as firm as it once was. It does so many good things for your body, like flushing out toxins and keeping your skin hydrated. A good way to remember to drink water is to always have a water bottle close by or drink it instead of any other drink with your meals or after your meals, however you normally do it.Here's one you may not have known: Omega-3 fatty acids. These are found in many different types of fish, but can also be taken alone as a supplement. This fatty acid is essential to but not produced by the human body. Expecting mothers have to take it to help developing fetuses. It helps people with arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, the list is endless. Most importantly, it hydrates your skin naturally and even offers more lubrication during intercourse. In my opinion, this is one of the most valuable resources on earth.Of course, these simple methods will take a few years and some stress off your skin, but the real secret comes from beauty products. Alpha hydroxy acids or AHA are amazing for peeling a few years off your skin and making you look more alive. It is pretty strong, though, if you happen to have sensitive skin.If you've all but given up on home remedies, if you're lazy or your skin is a little more wrinkly than Stage 1, like mine was, you may need something a little stronger and fast-acting.
